-WHAT TO EXPECT-

We will begin by creating a safe container, setting group agreements/boundaries, and meditating on our intentions for the evening. 

Participants will then be invited to consume a low dose of psilocybin and focus inwards while receiving a sound bath.

After some time for quiet reflection, you'll be guided through an optional breath work/embodiment journey designed to reconnect you with your body & sensations.

There will be ample time for integration, rest, and journaling...

As we flow into a closing circle, where we will share reflections and light snacks to ground us back to earth gently.

-ABOUT YOUR HOST-

Francesca (she/her) is a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, VITA Certified Empowerment & Intimacy Coach, and Breathwork Facilitator. She specializes in supporting women who desire to feel safe, confident and radiant in their bodies, relationships, and sexuality.

Breathwork & Sensual Embodiment + Mini-Dose Workshop is held at Immersive Therapies, a legal, Licensed Psilocybin center in Portland, OR, and hosted by Francesca Loux, a Licensed Facilitator. 

To legally attend this event, you MUST schedule & complete a Prep Call & pay the membership fee for Immersive Therapies.

This only needs to be done once a year, and grants you access to sign-up for all micro/mini-dosing events held at Immersive Service Center during that time!
