Dr. Leslie Drapiza is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and licensed psilocybin facilitator. She pivoted her career to offer psychedelic assisted therapy after working in primary care and obstetrics for over a decade.
As a primary care physician, she witnessed her patients struggle with treatment resistant depression, anxiety and PTSD, that only worsened exponentially during the pandemic. She saw how the current medical system continued to fail as they sought care and tried multiple medications without relief.
While searching for a better option for her patients, she discovered psychedelics and experienced how they helped to heal her own trauma and improve her mental health.
Knowing that her patients deserved that same level of healing in a way that integrated mind, body and spirit, she opened her private practice, Medicinal Innovations in April 2023, offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. In December 2023, she completed the Innertrek Psilocybin Facilitator Program.
She is a board member of Inanna Rising, a collective of psychedelic clinicians and therapists dedicated to ushering in a new era of mental health and well-being. She is committed to expanding access to those who have barriers to care and have been disadvantaged by our broken medical system.

Michael Hauty completed his facilitator training with SubtleWinds Cohort #1 and now serves as the lead instructor for their Neuroscience & Pharmacology modules. His relationship with the psychedelic movement began in the late 1960s, profoundly shaping him over the decades.
He earned his MD degree in 1983 and has an extensive background in general and trauma surgery, with twenty years of practice, alongside six years as an emergency physician. This experience has allowed him to assist patients from diverse backgrounds and has influenced his preference to remain a generalist facilitator, particularly focusing on terminal anxiety and existential crises. His medical background uniquely positions him to connect therapeutically with medical professionals experiencing burn-out and workplace trauma, as well as those exploring the field of psychedelic medicine. As regulations evolve, he is eager to guide psilocybin journeys in more intimate settings like homes, hospices, and nursing homes.
His involvement in harm reduction at festivals and mass gatherings has given him insight into the range of adverse outcomes from unregulated psychedelic use. He has been a staunch supporter of Measure #109 from its start, finding participation in Oregon's psilocybin facilitation experiment both thrilling and humbling.
He believes the client and the medicine perform the necessary work, with the facilitator’s role being to provide a safe container for the journey. He emphasizes the significance of music, color, breath, and movement in enhancing the psychedelic experience, and stresses the importance of proper preparation before and nonjudgmental integration after the sessions.

Ryan is a psilocybin facilitator, experienced psychonaut, and alternative medicine enthusiast. He is passionate about the diverse applications of psilocybin and its ability to positively impact both individuals and the world in countless ways.
As a survivor of substance use disorder, Ryan specializes in helping those who have also chosen the path of recovery. Ryan relies on a client-centered approach because he recognizes that recovery is a personal experience with many paths to success.
While psilocybin can be a powerful catalyst for positive change, it is not a magic bullet. Psilocybin is one potential piece of a comprehensive plan that often includes traditional therapy, medication, 12-step meetings, and a strong support network, among other components.
Psilocybin often induces a unitive experience—a profound feeling of connectedness with oneself and the universe. This can often provide relief from the isolation experienced by those suffering from substance use disorder. For many, this is the first inkling that a better life is possible. Psilocybin can also reveal the root cause underlying addiction.
Ryan specializes in empowering his clients to discover and understand these deeper issues. He asks his clients to have at least one week of sobriety before embarking on a psilocybin journey. This brief time helps create the distance needed to fully embrace the potential benefits of psilocybin.
Ryan believes that the most crucial part of the psychedelic process is integration. He will work with you to create a plan for moving forward and to help ensure you don’t fall back into old patterns. Psilocybin won’t make your issues disappear; however, it will help you deal with them in a more constructive way.
Ryan honors both the spiritual and materialist/scientific approach to psilocybin as believes that the two are not mutually exclusive. Whether your intention is to address personal challenges, expand your consciousness, or whatever else, Ryan offers guidance and support tailored to your unique needs, empowering you to navigate the adult-use process with confidence.
When he’s not promoting the benefits of plant medicine, Ryan enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading sci-fi novels, and being a dad to his two young children.

In addition to being a certified life coach and licensed psilocybin facilitator, she’s also a formerly certified Peer Wellness Specialist (PWS) with a solid foundation in mental health and trauma-informed care. She’s completed certificate programs in Somatic Attachment Therapy, Integrative Somatic Parts Work, and Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga through The Embody Lab.
Lara believes in a holistic approach to healing the psyche and soul through the marriage of psychology and spirituality. Her practice is informed and inspired by attachment theory, somatic parts work and Internal Family Systems (IFS), the arts, tarot, and astrology. All are paths to explore the subconscious and expanded states of consciousness.
Lara has more than a decade of education and experience in the art of personal transformation. But her greatest gifts are her presence, empathy, and devotion in service to love. She can help you nurture your relationship with mushrooms to transform your relationship with yourself and all of life. She’s here for the lovers and dreamers, sensitive souls and free spirits, and the inner child within us all. This includes highly sensitive persons (HSPs) and empaths as well as those healing from insecure attachment and codependency. She feels especially called to support women on the spiritual path to rebirth the self by healing the mother wound.
This is a safe and nurturing space for your inner child to heal and feel held through shadow work that feels like play. Lara's here to hold space and be your guide as you explore your inner landscape. Some of this may be familiar terrain and some may be uncharted territory. We can illuminate the darkness and find the light within. It would be her honor to support you on your path to healing and wholeness.

Michele is a writer, cognitive behavioral hypnotherapist, and licensed psilocybin facilitator with an MSc in psychology. She is also a certified breathwork coach and reiki practitioner and is working towards Oregon professional counselor licensure.
She believes that as conscious beings, we are both drawn to and anxious about (or even averse to) change – “the only constant in life” according to Greek philosopher Heraclitus. Born in Singapore, Michele lived in Perth (Australia), Sulawesi (Indonesia), London, Boston, and Hong Kong, so she understands what it’s like to have to adapt often, and to live between cultures. She specializes in life transitions, conscious aging, infertility and childlessness, creativity, codependency, addiction, third culture identity issues, and intergenerational, cultural, and religious trauma.
Before working in mental health, she was a journalist for media outlets like Al Jazeera, Dwell, AFAR, CNN, Psychologies, Harper’s Bazaar and The Wall Street Journal. She is also a biographer and fiction writer whose stories have been published in two collections, and in literary magazines and anthologies in the US, Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore. As a writer, she’s learnt that through understanding our personal stories, we can explore our life’s meaning and purpose, and better navigate those big changes. Her work is guided by a desire to help her clients discover how to find more freedom, peace, and joy through their psilocybin journeys.
Her approach is person-centered, existential, spiritual, holistic, and culturally responsive. Michele engages in ongoing therapy herself and has regular journeys with psilocybin and other plant medicines. This helps her work with her own shadow parts so she can better serve those she supports.
In her free time, she enjoys forest walks, meditation, yoga, vacations in remote places, weaving, eating good food, reading about the wisdom and mystery traditions, quantum physics, and alternative healing, napping with her cats, picnics, and spending time with her loved ones.

Evelyn MacLean graduated from Synthesis Institute in June 2023 and developed an interest in psychedelics early in 2022 after a friend shared their transformative experience in Costa Rica, describing it as "six years of therapy in six hours." Feeling stuck in her own life at the time, Evelyn was intrigued and began an in-depth exploration of plant medicines through videos and books.
Her first guided psychedelic experience proved to be a pivotal awakening for her, leading to significant personal transformations. Since then, Evelyn attributes the profound changes in her life to the influence of plant medicine. These changes include losing over 50 pounds, discontinuing six medications, and making a significant career shift. She credits psychedelics with providing a unique wisdom that has dramatically altered her life for the better.
Motivated by her experiences, Evelyn decided to focus on helping others discover their best selves. Her career has always been driven by work that is fulfilling to her heart, beginning at age 19 when she became a licensed massage therapist, a passion she continues to enjoy 36 years later. Evelyn has also worked as a literacy specialist and dyslexic remediation educator for 25 years, and has owned and operated a tutoring center for the past 16 years. Now, at 56, she is ready to embark on a new chapter in her life, working in the field of psychedelics.
Evelyn believes that psychedelics have the power to open the heart, mind, and soul, and considers it a gift and a privilege to work in this field. She eventually returned to school and earned an MSW in 2015. She went on to start a private practice with a focus on healing the impacts of trauma through EMDR, HOCI (healing our core issues) and Motivational Interviewing. She became involved in the Portland Psychedelic Society in 2022 and graduated from Innertrek’s Psilocybin Facilitator Program in 2023.
Kimberly has been deeply impacted by Women’s groups and has been a participant and leader of Song Circles, Full and New Moon Rituals, Meditations on the Tarot and SoulCollage® groups.
She is drawn to Depth Psychology and spent 4 years in a Jungian influenced process group (Awakening in the Dream with Paul Levy) and stays active in Oregon Friends of C.G. Jung.
In addition, Kimberly loves her friends, following the Seasons, hiking, music, ecstatic dance, literature, theatre and film and long conversations over many cups of tea. Susanne has experienced personal growth and healing with the use of psilocybin and is excited to help you navigate your personal experience.
She has a personal understanding of how psilocybin encourages us to access new ways to view old beliefs. She is passionate about helping people who feel like they have tried everything else western medicine has to offer.
Her experience is working with people with complex trauma, relationship attachment challenges, fear of death/dying, addiction, and adverse childhood experiences. Psilocybin facilitation and integration coaching allows Susanne to utilize past experience in social services to help people find and maintain inner peace.
“Working in the psilocybin space is extremely rewarding when there is clear communication, education, and expectations. I strive to have a lot of dialogue with people I work with to ensure we are understanding the ‘why’ behind psilocybin facilitation. I believe that helping people gain access to psilocybin services is crucial, whether that is with me or another better suited facilitator. I believe psilocybin can open the door for your own unique journey to begin.”
